Your rental fee includes full use of the barn and enough tables and chairs to seat 150, with 50 additional chairs. We have some decorations available for your use. Access to the bridal suite, gazebo and grounds.
You are free to party until the cows come home! However all liquor sales end at 1AM per the current laws.
Yes, we do cater food. We offer a variety of smoked BBQ dishes and sides. However, you are free to use any licensed caterer you wish. We will work closely with any caterer of your choice. In addition you will have full use of the kitchen to prepare any meals yourself. A $500 deposit will apply to any catering orders.
No, our liquor license does not allow you to bring alcohol on the property. We will work with you to custom design a drink menu for your event. A bartender fee of 20$ per hour is required to supply the bartender (included with weekend rentals).
Yes, we have adequate parking on the property. The parking areas are dirt and gravel.
The max capacity is 150 guests.
We offer cornhole and horseshoes to keep you entertained. Animal visits are also done during your event where your guests can feed goats and Alpacas and even walk a chicken!!
We require a 20% deposit of the rental fee to hold your date. 14 days in advance of the date we require full payment and a 500$ damage deposit that will be returned upon post event inspection. Any catering requires a $500 deposit.
If you cancel your event 90 days out, we refund the deposit. Any cancellations less than 90 days no monies paid will be refunded, except if you have already paid a damage deposit, that will be returned.
Yes, for large events with liquor we will require event insurance for the event. This is to protect you more than us and is highly encouraged for all events. We highly recommend you contact your insurance agent to discuss pricing.
Generally, we do not set-up for events. We will provide access to the tables and chairs for you to set-up as you wish. In some instances such as holiday parties we may offer to set-up and decorate in accordance with the holiday theme for a nominal fee. Contact us to discuss.
We offer a cleaning service for a fee of $500. Otherwise you are responsible for cleaning the facility. We supply basic cleaning supplies and equipment for your use. Generally speaking if you clean it up, and leave it as you found it your deposit will be returned. We supply a checklist to assist in cleaning.
Yes, we have a big screen tv and can provide a speaker with wireless microphones.
Yep, we encourage you to decorate. We have some rules such as no holes in the walls etc. Full details are in our contract.
Nope, we are situated on 316 acres of grassland, so a rogue spark could be a huge problem. We do offer a grain bin gazebo with a propane fire pit to enjoy the evening.
Yep, campers are welcome! We do not have hookups so you will have to "dry" camp. We have areas away from main building so generators will not disturb the event.
Looking is absolutely ok, but we ask that you work with us if you would like to touch the animals. Generally we will offer you a time when we can assist with feeding the Alpacas and walking the chickens. Yes, you read that right, you can walk the chickens on their chicken leashes!!
